Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and memoranda
- Assist in legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and precedents
- Manage and organize legal files, both electronic and paper-based
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and track case deadlines
- Liaise with internal teams, government agencies, clients, and external counsel
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and permits
Requirements
- Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent course
- At least 3 months experience as a Legal Assistant
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Flexible, organized, has keen attention to details and has strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
