The Opportunity

Play a key role in undertaking conveyancing administrative and clerical tasks, reports directly to the Senior Legal Secretary, Senior Lawyer and Managing Principal of the Firm.

What You'll Do

  • Set up files on the system and order searches for Contracts of Sale.
  • Prepare written advice for clients on Property Purchases and send questions for Contracts of Sale.
  • Put together Contracts of Sale in Adobe Pro.
  • Work on files post-exchange of contracts, including document creation, client communication, and preparing PEXA workspace.
  • Create PEXA workspace for other property documents to be lodged.
  • Review and prepare settlement figures for property sales and purchases.
  • File emails through SILQ and extract PDF documents.
  • Adjust calendar appointments and arrange Team meetings via Outlook.
  • Generate client bills/tax invoices, send receipt remittances, and prepare weekly financial reports for Principal.

Key Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Has experience handling Australian conveyancing matters.
  • Strong working knowledge of PEXA Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral & written.
  • Excellent time-management skills to organize and coordinate multiple matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Discrete, flexible team player willing to work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks.
  • Adaptable and proactive team member who takes initiative with their work.

Work setup:

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm, PHT) with once a week going on-site (every Monday).
