What You'll Do
- Set up files on the system and order searches for Contracts of Sale.
- Prepare written advice for clients on Property Purchases and send questions for Contracts of Sale.
- Put together Contracts of Sale in Adobe Pro.
- Work on files post-exchange of contracts, including document creation, client communication, and preparing PEXA workspace.
- Create PEXA workspace for other property documents to be lodged.
- Review and prepare settlement figures for property sales and purchases.
- File emails through SILQ and extract PDF documents.
- Adjust calendar appointments and arrange Team meetings via Outlook.
- Generate client bills/tax invoices, send receipt remittances, and prepare weekly financial reports for Principal.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Has experience handling Australian conveyancing matters.
- Strong working knowledge of PEXA Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills both oral & written.
- Excellent time-management skills to organize and coordinate multiple matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Discrete, flexible team player willing to work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks.
- Adaptable and proactive team member who takes initiative with their work.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm, PHT) with once a week going on-site (every Monday).
