ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Leasing Associate, you will manage the full leasing cycle — from sourcing listings and handling client inquiries to conducting viewings, negotiating leases, and completing contracts and turnovers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years experience in leasing, sales, or property management (fresh grads welcome)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented and target-driven

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and fast-paced environments

• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
