Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Coordinator, located in Pasig. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by overseeing key operational tasks, analyzing sales data, maintaining crucial sales information, and coordinating client support activities. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of sales reports, supporting customer relationship management, facilitating sales processes, and ensuring the seamless operation of sales functions. Additionally, the coordinator will act as a point of communication between sales and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales support, sales operations, account coordination, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Support teams
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and document management systems
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
