Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Supervisor, located in Paco Manila. The Collections Supervisor will oversee and manage the collections process, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding debts. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts, coordinating with clients regarding payment arrangements, resolving payment disputes, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team to meet collection targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Debt Collection and Finance
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing account statuses and optimizing collections strategy
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain professional relationships and resolve issues effectively
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in using collection systems and spreadsheets
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in collections is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Paco Manila
• Bachelors Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in insurance administration, dealership operations, or financial processing
