Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (medical-related, marketing, or business)
- 3–4 years B2B sales experience (orthopedic/medical devices preferred)
- Proven track record in hitting targets and growing accounts
- Strong understanding of the medical device market and customer needs
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a field role
