Position: Business Development Manager
Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead generation
- Prospect and engage potential clients, particularly within the cleaning services industry
- Conduct discovery calls, present services, and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Follow up consistently with leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market presence
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and deals in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in the cleaning services industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet sales targets
