The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth at Aidea. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support the development of employees across both project and office environments. The role ensures that all team membersfrom design professionals to project leadsreceive relevant and impactful learning experiences that align with Aidea's mission, core values, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess learning and development needs across teams and departments, including technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs that enhance individual and organizational performance.
- Lead core L&D initiatives such as onboarding, compliance training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and career development programs.
- Partner with department heads and project managers to align training initiatives with project and operational requirements.
- Track and analyze learning effectiveness using feedback tools, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior HR staff involved in learning coordination and administration.
- Research and recommend external learning opportunities, certifications, and partnerships that support employee growth.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by supporting career pathing and internal mobility programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 35 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within an architecture, design, or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training design, and facilitation methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and basic HRIS applications.
