Responsibilities:
- Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies.
- Facilitate virtual instructor led training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.
- Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent customer experience globally.
- Update, translate & localize training materials as directed.
- Review feedback, identify and implement improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance)
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English language speaker (C1)
- 1+ year in a Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment.
- Experience delivering ILT / vILT learning programs.
- Strong presentation; facilitation and communication skills
- Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and LMS platforms such as Skilljar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
- Passion for training and educating people
- Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training as well as internal curriculum development and execution.
