SUMMARY
ScalableOS is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing BPO operations. In this role, you will play a key part in driving Business Development success by identifying, researching, qualifying, and routing leadsfocused on Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT companies in the U.S. and global markets.
This is a night shift role, and you will work directly with the US-based Director of Business Development while collaborating closely with other members of the Business Development team to drive pipeline growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads aligned with ScalableOS target client profiles (MSPs and IT companies) and market trends.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Google, business databases, and industry directories.
- Qualify leads based on key criteria such as industry fit, company size, decisionmakers, and likelihood to convert.
- Maintain an organized, accurate, and up-to-date lead database in HubSpot (including required fields and lead source accuracy).
- Assign leads to the Business Development team and ensure proper routing and tracking (including checking for ROE as needed).
- Follow up with warm leadsespecially event/booth leads scanned as visitorsto confirm interest and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine lead generation strategy and share market insights, trends, and campaign learnings.
- Monitor, track, and report on lead generation performance metrics (volume, conversion, meetings booked, source ROI, etc.).
- Stay informed on ScalableOS service offerings, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide support for additional Sales/Marketing initiatives as needed (e.g., content research, event coordination, campaign support).
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 13 years of experience in lead generation, prospect research, or a similar Sales/Marketing support role (BPO experience preferred).
- Familiarity with the MSP and IT services industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting international businessesespecially the U.S. marketis a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify decision-makers and assess lead quality.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, and online research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage large datasets and meet deadlines.
