Role Overview

As a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential business leads through LinkedIn and related digital channels. You'll work closely with our business development and marketing teams to build targeted outreach campaigns, grow our network, and convert conversations into client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify ideal customer profiles.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential B2B customers using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn lead generation strategies to attract decision-makers and potential partners.
  • Conduct research to identify target industries, companies, and prospects aligned with the client services.
  • Create and manage personalised connection requests, messages, and engagement sequences.
  • Nurture relationships and follow up with leads through professional and value-driven communication.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, optimise profiles, and enhance brand presence.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithms, tools, and automation best practices while ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B Sales or Digital prospecting.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Attentive to details and organised
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Must be currently residing in or near BGC, Taguig City (or a location wherein less than 1 hour travel time)
  • Willing to work onsite at our BGC office.

Other Qualifications

  • Has internet speed minimum of 25 mbps in case working from home is necessary
  • Has a quality laptop to use
