Role Overview
We're hiring a highly responsive Lead Gen Specialist (Inbound Sales Representative) to handle incoming leads and convert them into booked appointments.
All leads are inbound and come through Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram) and website forms. Your job is to respond quickly, qualify the customer, provide a quote, and get them scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram DMs) and website form submissions.
- Communicate via phone, text, email, and social messaging.
- Qualify customer needs (starlights, ambient lighting, custom installs, etc.).
- Provide accurate quotes based on project scope.
- Convert conversations into booked appointments for the shop.
- Follow up consistently with unconverted leads.
- Track all activity inside HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain fast response times, especially during evenings when customers are most active.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of inbound sales or high-volume lead handling.
- Prior experience with US clients.
- Experience responding to social media leads (Facebook/Instagram preferred).
- Strong English communication (written + verbal).
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and guiding customers toward booking.
- Reliable internet and ability to work EST-aligned hours.
- Amenable to work immediately.
