About The Role
The CRM Data Specialist is a Philippines-based shared resource supporting the marketing function across New Zealand, Australia and North America. This role sits within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) and is responsible for maintaining data integrity, building audience segments, and ensuring our HubSpot CRM is a clean, reliable and commercially useful platform.
Working closely with regional marketing teams and the Analytics and Insights function, this role enables accurate lifecycle tracking, campaign targeting and performance reporting across all three markets. It is a shared resource role, meaning outputs directly serve multiple regions and must meet consistent global standards.
Job Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and continuously improve data quality across HubSpot CRM, including contact deduplication, field normalisation and record hygiene across all regions.
- Build, manage and refresh audience segments in HubSpot for use in regional campaigns, lifecycle programmes and reporting.
- Ensure accurate lifecycle stage data across contacts and companies, working with regional teams to apply and maintain agreed definitions.
- Support Salesforce–HubSpot integration health, flagging data sync issues and working with the Business Systems team to resolve them.
- Own the management of suppression lists, DNC records and consent data in compliance with regional requirements.
Campaign & Reporting Support
- Build and maintain HubSpot lists, enrolment criteria and workflow triggers to support regional campaign execution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of HubSpot dashboards and reports for regional marketing teams and the CoE.
- Support attribution tracking and UTM governance, ensuring campaign data flows correctly into reporting.
- Produce regular data quality reports and flag issues proactively to the relevant regional or CoE lead.
Global CoE Contribution
- Contribute to the development and documentation of global data standards, naming conventions and CRM governance frameworks.
- Support onboarding of new regional users into HubSpot, providing guidance on data entry standards and best practice.
- Assist with data imports, list uploads and CRM migrations as required across the three regions.

Skills & Required Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a CRM, data, marketing operations or RevOps role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM; HubSpot certification highly regarded
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform advantageous
- Proficiency in building lists, segments, workflows and reports in HubSpot
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and QA
- Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM and email consent principles across international markets
- Experience working in a shared services or cross-regional team environment advantageous
- Demonstrated interest in AI-driven tools or automation that improve data quality and workflow efficiency is highly regarded
