Job Description

JOB BRIEF

  • The Associate, Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting the company's digital marketing efforts and help drive online growth which involves assisting with the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across various channels, social media, search, and display.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for digital channels and social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social content with campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, and ensure a smooth, timely, and quality deliverable of all targets and deliverables.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
  • With 1–2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications..
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
