The Quotient Wealth Partners (QWP) Concierge Service Associate (Concierge) position is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Concierge services. QWP Concierge's are responsible for handling lead generation for the firm through multiple growth channels.
Responsibilities
- Outbound and Inbound marketing via phone and email for specific campaigns within individual growth channels.
- Activity, Data Gathering and CRM Management: (Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce).
- Coordinate outreach and communicate internally with management, team members and advisors on the status of specific prospects or groups of prospects.
- List Building / Data Mining
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role handling high-volume outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
- Capable of handling waves of both high and low call volume periods while maintaining focus and motivation.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) and handling objections.
- Track record of producing at a high-level consistently over long periods of time.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience using Microsoft office and OneDrive.
- Excellent communication skills.
