CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)
Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, events, and sales.
- Handle inbound calls to resolve issues or close leads/sales.
- Execute data entry and update client data in the CRM software.
- Manage customer correspondence via email and other channels.
- Produce and create reports utilizing MS Office and Google Drive.
- Ensure compliance with all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Undertake any additional assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Able to perform effectively under pressure
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt and respond to various personality types
- Quick thinker with strong intellect
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
MUST HAVE The Following Equipment
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher) and 8GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent also accepted)
- Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB headset with noise-canceling feature
- Internet Connection: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, Anydesk, Google Drive, and Discord
