Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote products or services, managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also includes building and maintaining positive customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software, phone systems, and other related tools
• Goal-oriented, with effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet target metrics
• Familiarity with customer engagement, objection handling, and lead generation practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
• Experience in BPO (Technical Support/IT Services) or call center environments is a strong advantage
