Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the IT Solutions Integrator Industry. Introduce the company and its range of IT solutions and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs and requirements. Gather relevant information about prospects for follow-up by the sales team.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company's IT solutions and services. Clearly communicate the value propositions of the products to potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs and challenges. Provide information and answer questions about company's offerings.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls and prospect information in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings or appointments with qualified leads. Provide support in preparing sales materials and presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
