About the Role

He/she will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and generating leads through outbound calling. This role requires effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the IT Solutions Integrator Industry. Introduce the company and its range of IT solutions and services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs and requirements. Gather relevant information about prospects for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company's IT solutions and services. Clearly communicate the value propositions of the products to potential clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs and challenges. Provide information and answer questions about company's offerings.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls and prospect information in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings or appointments with qualified leads. Provide support in preparing sales materials and presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions and technology concepts is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
