Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cebu, Philippines, with a mix of remote and on-site work. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and generating new leads to support the business's growth. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, building and maintaining a prospect database, and initiating outbound communication to generate interest. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion and contributing to sales goals through effective client engagement and communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
  • Strong skills in Communication and collaboration
  • Experience in Sales and client engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in conducting Research to identify potential clients and market trends
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is not required but IS A PLUS
  • A background in financial services or relevant industries is advantageous but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
