RATE: PHP 178.57 per hour

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing/Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and able to engage prospects to create interest in our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Send well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information to support the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
  • Successfully set appointments for qualified prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
