Now!! we are seeking a LCS Sales Manager to join our team at Krones Filipinas, Inc. in our office at BGC Taguig City. This full-time role will be responsible for sales and customer satisfaction to support the overall success of the business.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- To be in charge of the technical and commercial clarification during both tender and selling phase
- To provide expert advice (technical and commercial) to customers about optimizing their equipment, to actively Explain and demonstrate the adequate LCS products to the customers
- To implement regionally coordinated LCS sales strategies and action plans
- To act according to the Krones LCS sales strategy
- To document the sales figures in adequate reports and to act as a contact person for ad hoc queries of the parent
- Company as well as giving feedback to Krones AG about the situation of the customers and the market situation
- To maintain the existing customer base, relationships with customers and to acquire new customers.
- Travelling to visit potential customer.
- To manage customer requirement and satisfy customer's need.
- To transparently maintain the CRM System: appointments, opportunities, potentials, general client information
- To performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (master's degree in business or engineering is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, food & beverage processing machinery, or manufacturing technology.
- Strong track record in selling capital equipment, technical sales, or industrial machinery.
- Experience working with beverage manufacturers, bottling plants, or food processing companies.
- Understanding of beverage production processes (bottling, filling, labeling, packaging).
- Knowledge of automation, PLC systems, and industrial maintenance (preferred).
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO 22000 for food and beverage).
- Technical Sales & Consultative Selling Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Business Development Experience in identifying new market opportunities and expanding sales networks.
- Project Management Coordinating sales with engineering, production, and after-sales support.
- Negotiation & Contract Management Handling large-scale equipment deals and long-term contracts.
- CRM & ERP Systems Proficiency in sales tracking and inventory management software.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Ability to explain complex machinery to non-technical customers.

Working days & hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 hrs.
