Sales Supervisor (Calabarzon)
The Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales operations within the Calabarzon region, leading and supporting Sales Representatives in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. This role focuses on implementing regional sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth alignment with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to consistently achieve sales targets
- Implement and monitor regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Analyze sales performance, market behavior, and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and dealers in the region
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Logistics for seamless service execution
- Conduct regular field visits and performance evaluations to ensure productivity
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions
- Prepare and submit regional sales reports and presentations for management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new sales personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 35 years experience in sales leadership/supervisory roles
- Background in B2B, channel sales, tech, IT, or office solutions is highly preferred
- Proven experience achieving sales quotas and driving team performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset
- Willing to travel across CALABARZON for client visits and sales activities
Additional Preferences
- Preferably has own car for fieldwork mobility
- Preferably willing to meet the South Team regularly in Bacoor or Muntinlupa (For regular alignment and scheduled monthly onsite meetings)
