Key Responsibilities

  • Support data analysis activities such as trend analysis, reconciliations, and financial performance tracking.
  • Help maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready working files.
  • Use Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to support reporting, automation, and data visualization.
  • Respond to finance-related business requests and support audit requirements when needed.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, flag variances early, and escalate risks or issues to the manager.
  • Document work clearly and ensure reports are easy to review and understand.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and other internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, FP&A support, or shared services.
  • Experience working in a shared services, global business services, BPO, or multinational environment is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modelling.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPIs, and financial statements.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and work well during reporting cycles.
  • Professional certification, such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or other related finance qualifications, is preferred.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive finance professional who is curious, detail-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Someone who can turn numbers into clear, simple insights.
  • A reliable team player who takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • A calm and organized individual who can manage deadlines and escalate concerns early.
  • A candidate who is comfortable working with data, reports, dashboards, and cross-functional teams.
