JOB SUMMARY:
As a Data Product Manager, you are to support the execution of product delivery plans, management of stakeholder requirements, and adoption of internal enterprise data products. You will work closely with the Data Product Management leads and embedded delivery squads, and is expected to function as an independent contributor capable of leading technical delivery for specific product initiatives.

Does:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned data products including vision, discovery, delivery, operations, and deprecation. Maintain product roadmaps, use cases, metrics, and documentation.
- Translate business priorities into product requirements and measurable outcomes. Drive adoption and usage of data products that lead to revenue growth, efficiency, or risk reduction. Track OKRs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Business, Risk, Operations, and Technology to capture needs, align roadmaps, and manage expectations. Serve as the voice of the customer within the Enterprise Data Office.
- Define data product SLAs, access controls, metadata, and lineage requirements. Ensure products adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., NPC, BSP, AMLC).
- Manage product backlogs, sprints, and releases in coordination with delivery teams. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery through iterative product development practices.

- Data Skills: working knowledge of data modeling, lineage, governance, metadata, and catalog tools
- Technical Literacy: familiarity with data platforms (data lakes, data warehouses), APIs, dashboards, and BI/analytics use cases
- Agile Delivery: experienced in Agile/Scrum practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
- Has 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in data, analytics, product development, or related functions
- Certifications in Product Management (Pragmatic, AIPMM), Agile/Scrum, Data Governance, or Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is good to have, but not required.
- Preferably with working knowledge of core banking domains: customers, loans, transactions, compliance etc.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and data catalog solutions such as Collibra or Alation
- Must be willing to work on a 6 months project base employment with a possibility of absorption.
- Should have experience providing Product Management to either domain in Finance, Operations or Marketing
- Preferably someone who can start ASAP.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
You may be assigned additional duties aligned to data strategy initiatives, cross-functional projects, audits, or regulatory compliance, as agreed under the scope of the engagement.
Internal Capability Building: Contribute to the AIDE department's Center of Excellence by establishing and documenting data science best practices, reusable code repositories, and standard operating procedures for future engagements.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support: Assist the broader MDI Novare organization by providing technical expertise, effort estimations, and architectural recommendations for prospective client pitches or new project scoping.
