Requirements and Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any courses major in Accounting
Must have a Latin Honors, FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups) and familiarity with basic accounting software
- Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and spot trends.
- Communication: The ability to present financial information clearly and confidently to senior leadership and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the preparation of annual revenue budgets and rolling monthly forecasts to monitor the company's profit outlook.
- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in current financial systems and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Providing technical financial support and data analysis to non-finance managers to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all financial transactions and filings adhere to local statutory requirements, such as VAT and tax regulations.
