Job Title:Junior Account ManagerSummary:
The Junior Account Manager supports the management of client accounts, acting as a point of contact for clients and assisting in the coordination of projects. This role focuses on learning the account management process, maintaining client satisfaction, and helping track metrics and tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in account management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as the coordinator of the project's ins and outs; support the account showrunner
- Operate as a point of contact for designated clients under supervision
- Be detail-oriented and customer-focused in handling client requests
- Monitor and track client account metrics to support achievement of KPIs/goals
- Help develop and maintain client relationships
- Document requested, onboarded, and completed tasks from clients
- Identify potential opportunities to grow business under guidance (upselling or new client acquisition support)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 02 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in account management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or CRM tools is a plus
