We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, timely issue resolution, and high client satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and senior client services leaders, making it ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a full Client Services or Account Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client needs.
- Support Account Managers with client communications, reporting, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and track client performance metrics; prepare and submit regular reports for review.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, as required.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation of all account activities and communications.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional services or product offerings.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in account management, senior team lead, or operations management roles.
