Role: Investor Club & Bookkeeping Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Employee Investor's Club Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Employee Investor's Club.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of Gem points and member holdings.
  • Prepare and issue Gem certificates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant business units to ensure scheduled delivery of certificates.
  • Collate, audit, and maintain data related to the Investor Club Program.
  • Provide helpdesk support by responding to tickets, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Resolve member queries or escalate issues to the appropriate business units.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive member and financial data.
  • Participate in special projects and working groups related to the Investor Club.

B. Bookkeeping (Two Small Holding Companies)

  • Record bills, credit memos, and bank transactions (low-volume environment: up to 10 transactions/month per entity).
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Record general journal entries.
  • Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in finance analysis of income statement accounts.
  • Support financial statement preparation and audit processes.
  • Respond to auditor inquiries and provide required documentation.

General Responsibilities

  • Meet defined service levels and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely outputs.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of evolving business needs.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems (preferred).
