Investment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic processing of investment products across the trade lifecycle
• Support trade capture, validation, and post-trade processing activities
• Conduct reconciliations of trades, cash, holdings, or positions and investigate breaks/discrepancies
• Provide middle office support for investment operations and trade-related activities
• Handle data entry and processing tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain and update transaction records, reports, and internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely processing
• Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls, procedures, and service level expectations

Requirements:

• Experience in investment operations or a related financial services role
• Exposure to generic investments products and basic understanding of the trade lifecycle
• Experience in reconciliations, middle office support, and transaction/data processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage repetitive processing work while maintaining quality
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel and/or other operational systems is an advantage
