College Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Management and other business related Courses.
At least 1 to 2 years related experience in the purchasing functions or equivalent in a retail/manufacturing setting.

General Duties And Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the HRMD and Business Development Manager, main task is:
- Purchase administration and order processing using ERP systems.
- Expedites materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
- Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality and delivery.
- Negotiate and supervise supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing raw material, store, office and factory equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for receiving documents from receiving department.
- Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
- Negotiate and supervise supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Participate in the development of specifications for services, equipment, products, supplies or substitute materials.
- Attends internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules, and procurement needs.
- Forecasts requirements and orders products to meet sales demands.
- Prepares and presents reports, and provides information to identify purchasing requirements.
- And other task that maybe assigned by the immediate head or management from time to time.
