Role Description
This is a full-time Interior Designer role, based on-site in Quezon City. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, developing design concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and coordinating the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive designs that align with client requirements and project goals. Responsibilities include site inspections, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring design plans meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning, with a strong ability to optimize layouts for functionality and aesthetics.
- Background in Architecture and experience in creating detailed Construction Drawings.
- Expertise in Interior Design, including material selection and color coordination.
- Knowledge and experience in FF&E procurement and coordination.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or project development management is a plus.
