Product knowledge and expertise on the given products and solutions
Project assessment and understanding

Creation of system design and layout
Creation of recommendation, bill of materials and technical documentation

Escalate Problems (when Required) To The Appropriately Experienced Technician.
Document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and action taken through to the final resolution.
Attend meeting and pre-bid conference
Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the positions.
Additional Skills
Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS project
Experience with structured cabling and CCTV, Access control, Audio Visual
Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives
Exceptional written and Oral Communication Skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
Strong documentation skills
With driving skills and a license
