About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Insurance Back-Office Support to assist with daily policy servicing tasks using Agency Matrix. This role is critical in ensuring accurate policy updates, timely document processing, and excellent client support for US-based clients.

You will work behind the scenes to support insurance operations, handling administrative requests, policy updates, and communication tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly
  • Handle policy change requests including adding/removing vehicles
  • Update client information such as address changes in the system
  • Issue ID cards for auto policies
  • Request and retrieve loss runs from insurance carriers
  • Send courtesy emails to clients regarding late payments
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Agency Matrix
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within required turnaround times
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Experience working in insurance back-office or policy servicing
  • Hands-on experience with Agency Matrix (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive and high-volume tasks efficiently
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
  • Ability to follow processes and meet strict deadlines
