About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Insurance Back-Office Support to assist with daily policy servicing tasks using Agency Matrix. This role is critical in ensuring accurate policy updates, timely document processing, and excellent client support for US-based clients.
You will work behind the scenes to support insurance operations, handling administrative requests, policy updates, and communication tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly
- Handle policy change requests including adding/removing vehicles
- Update client information such as address changes in the system
- Issue ID cards for auto policies
- Request and retrieve loss runs from insurance carriers
- Send courtesy emails to clients regarding late payments
- Maintain accurate documentation in Agency Matrix
- Ensure all tasks are completed within required turnaround times
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Experience working in insurance back-office or policy servicing
- Hands-on experience with Agency Matrix (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage repetitive and high-volume tasks efficiently
- Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
- Ability to follow processes and meet strict deadlines
