Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Makati, with a combination of office-based and remote work flexibility. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves advising clients on financial planning and ensuring their investments align with their long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Planning
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
