Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Unit Manager role with flexible location within the Philippines. The Unit Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Tasks include setting performance goals, providing mentorship and training, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The role also involves recruiting and developing new advisors to grow the business unit.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Sales and marketing experience, with skills in lead generation, client engagement, and presenting financial solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to ensure goal achievement and address challenges
- Knowledge of financial services and insurance products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Experience in a similar supervisory or leadership position is highly advantageous
