Role Description

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for a full-time, on-site role in Davao. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling and managing insurance policies, providing tailored financial advice, and addressing customers insurance needs with clarity and professionalism. The role includes assisting clients in selecting appropriate coverage, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and delivering exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Regular engagement with clients and collaboration with team members are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and in-depth knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and familiarity with finance-related processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships
• Proven ability to meet performance targets and work effectively under supervision
• Licensed insurance agent status and knowledge of industry-specific regulatory guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software relevant to the insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
