About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of growth within our client's dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on engaging potential customers through warm callingtransforming inbound leads into long-term clients by providing exceptional service and a consultative approach. You will leverage your strong sales background to effectively communicate the value of our client's premium pest control services. Responsibilities
- Convert prospective clients by effectively communicating the unique value of the premium pest control services and closing sales with a consultative approach.
- Engaging with warm inbound leads to follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships, and guide interested prospects through the sales funnel.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries with expertise and resolving any issues promptly to maintain a seamless customer journey.
- Partner directly with ownership to brainstorm and implement high-level business development strategies that drive market expansion.
- Utilize advanced software tools to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain meticulous records of all sales activities.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is highly preferred
- Exceptional skills in telephone-based sales and business development are essential; you must be comfortable initiating high-energy conversations and driving them toward a close.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build immediate, authentic rapport with a diverse range of prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital lead management tools is a significant advantage, ensuring all sales data is tracked with precision.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
