Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Quezon City. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, providing product information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts to develop long-term client partnerships. The role requires proactive communication and a customer-centric approach to successfully meet sales targets and business goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and meet sales objectives
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including a focus on meeting client needs effectively and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Account Management to foster and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle targets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic knowledge of communication technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
