We're looking for a creative, organized, and influencer-savvy marketer to join our team.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage influencer campaigns of varying scope, with a primary focus on a major campaign and support across additional smaller projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- Craft clear, engaging, and effective creative briefs for influencers.
- Review and provide structured feedback on influencer content, including scripts and video drafts, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.
- Proven experience working with crypto projects and managing influencer campaigns for cryptocurrency clients.
- Potentially supervise a small team responsible for influencer communication and logistical support.
- Collaborate on influencer discovery and outreach as needed.
- Assist with operational support for Amazon-related marketing campaigns, including affiliate initiatives.
🛠️ Requirements:
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of executing mid- to large-scale campaigns.
- Skilled in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across all tiers — from nano to top-tier talent.
- Experience in developing and executing creative briefs that guide content production.
- Proficient in reviewing and approving influencer content, including scripts, draft videos, and final deliverables.
- Strong project management abilities, with a focus on task delegation, timeline management, and quality control across multiple campaigns.
- Deep understanding of content trends and best practices across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Ambitious and ready to step into a leadership role, potentially supervising a small operations team.
Soft Skills
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-friendly work environments.
- Fluent in English.
