What we're looking for:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager who excels at managing influencer-driven accounts and turning campaign data into meaningful client outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in stakeholder communication, and comfortable balancing day-to-day account execution with long-term growth strategy. You should be analytical, relationship-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts while driving retention, renewals, and performance optimization. Responsibilitieswhat you'll do:

Administrative & Account Management

  • Monitor active collaborations, client health scores, and account performance to identify risks or opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including meeting notes, goals, action items, and internal updates.
  • Track support tickets, escalations, approvals, and internal decisions to ensure accurate records.
  • Keep communication channels organized and updated with relevant client context.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Conduct proactive check-ins and recurring touchpoints to support client success.
  • Share platform updates and influencer performance insights with clients.
  • Gather feedback and adjust goals or strategy alignment as needed.

Understanding Client Needs & Campaign Oversight

  • Assess client KPIs and analyze campaign performance data.
  • Review engagement metrics, deliverables, and creator performance trends.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and recommend practical solutions based on client pain points.

Strategic Recommendations & Optimization

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify top-performing influencers, platforms, and content formats.
  • Recommend campaign refinements, creator criteria adjustments, and new content approaches.
  • Provide influencer recommendations and suggest amplification or repurposing strategies.
  • Share best practices, benchmarks, and seasonal insights to strengthen results.

Renewals & Revenue Retention

  • Track contract timelines and prepare renewal summaries and proposals.
  • Present performance insights and value delivered during renewal discussions.
  • Address client concerns and recommend retention or upgrade options.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure agreements are finalized and reflected in internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Influencer Marketing, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and driving renewals or revenue retention
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics (engagement rate, ROAS, CPM, creator performance analysis, etc.)
  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, and performance reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and client recommendations
  • Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
