We are searching for individuals who are proactive and passionate in providing solutions for their client's campaigns. An Industry Specialist act as point of contact between Summit Outdoor Media and their clients. They build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and help our advertising partners achieve their business goals.
Industry Specialist s are expected to build their client base and map themselves to key decision makers in both client and agency side.
Candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. They should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Identifying industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, c ommunications, or related field
- More education or experience may be preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal a nd written communication skills
- Adaptability an d strong problem-solving skills
- Ex cellent active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others wi thin the company and externally
- Understanding of consume r behaviors and industry trends
- Extens ive, accurate product knowledge
