Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year experience in HR Payroll; Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
Proficient/Knowledge in end-to-end payroll processing, monthly statutory remittances, and final pay computation
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Track and record employee attendance, work hours, and applicable deductions
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of payslips
Manage government-mandated remittances and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Assist employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries
Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and coordination with benefit providers
Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Support HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance-related processes
Generate reports and analytics related to payroll, attendance, and benefits for management review
