Job Description:

  • Support daily HR activities under the supervision of the HR Manager
  • Maintain and update the HR database, files, and records
  • Prepare HR documents, presentations, and basic reports
  • Provide administrative support for training programs and employee engagement initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, trustworthy, and eager to learn
