Job Description

The HR Business Partner provides analysis & support in the design and implementation of customer focused HR programs and solutions for client organizations as aligned with the strategic business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and provides inputs to the annual goals and action plan to fully support organizational goals, plans and strategies
  • Makes recommendations to changes in operating policies and procedures. Manages resource requirements and budget needed for assigned projects
  • Contributes to the fulfilment of performance indicators set by immediate head/supervisor
  • Manages individual performance plans and targets
  • Complies with identified corporate thrusts, directions and plans as well as provisions of the company code on right employee conduct
  • Identifies and initiates individual career development programs and individual performance plans for the support and approval of immediate head/supervisor
  • Formulates and implements measures to address Goals and Action Plans and facilitate the achievement of targets
  • Identifies and initiates career development programs and individual performance plans for the management hierarchy and ensures that these programs are implemented
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of the organization through the development of organizational performance measures cascaded from overall strategic plans, with corresponding improvement plans
  • Design and implements HR Plans as approved by the HRBP and Client Organization with corresponding budget, manpower and other resource requirements
  • Implements strategic programs/initiatives of the line and supports overall business plans
  • Develops positive and harmonious relationships with stakeholders
  • Develops talent management strategy including selection, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or related course
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent oral and communication skills; ability to influence and coach
  • Strong organization and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of HR functions: OD, L&D, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits
  • Ability to support strategic HR planning including workforce planning and sourcing
  • Experience in workforce demand and supply analysis, forecasting and gap analysis
