Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for Content Moderation operations and support business objectives through effective HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and company policies.
  • Handle employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support engagement initiatives, retention programs, and employee wellness activities to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Partner with Operations leaders in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Monitor employee attendance, attrition, and performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives for employees and leaders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation, reports, and case management.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Training, and other HR teams to support operational needs.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Experience supporting Content Moderation, Operations, or high-volume accounts is preferred.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
