Job Description

Position Overview

This role serves as a strategic HR partner to business operations, ensuring people initiatives are closely aligned with operational goals and performance targets. The position collaborates with leadership teams across multiple units to provide practical HR solutions, support decision-making, and drive consistent implementation of people programs that enhance both business outcomes and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to convert organizational priorities into effective workforce and people strategies.
  • Deliver both strategic guidance and hands-on support across key HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
  • Strengthen leadership capability by coaching and enabling managers to effectively handle people-related matters.
  • Lead talent acquisition and manpower planning efforts to ensure timely availability of qualified employees aligned with business demands.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of compensation and benefits programs to ensure consistency, equity, and compliance.
  • Champion initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and reinforce company values.
  • Manage employee relations concerns by ensuring proper handling, compliance with labor standards, and appropriate resolution.
  • Assess the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Conduct regular site engagements to build strong stakeholder relationships and gain insights into operational and employee-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or HR partnering capacity.
  • Solid background in employee relations and labor practices.
  • Broad knowledge across key HR areas, such as organizational development, compensation and benefits, engagement, and talent management.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel regularly for on-site visits and fieldwork.
  • Open to a hybrid work arrangement based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
