The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-impact HubSpot Lifecycle Marketing professional. This is a long-term, execution-focused role where you will take full ownership of the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation ecosystem. Your mission is to turn traffic into booked consultations and engaged patients through smart lifecycle architecture, high-converting copy, and continuous A/B testing. If you are a builder who thrives on shipping tests and optimizing every stage of the funnel—from lead capture to conversion—this is the role for you.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Lifecycle Architecture: Own HubSpot as the system of record; design segmentation logic and maintain clean data flow (lead properties, tagging, and lifecycle stages).
- Automation & Messaging: Build, write, and optimize end-to-end email and SMS sequences, including welcome series, nurture flows, and behavior-triggered follow-ups.
- CRO & Landing Pages: Build and iterate on HubSpot landing pages for paid traffic and program offers; create interactive quizzes and calculators to boost lead quality.
- A/B Testing: Run continuous experiments on headlines, CTAs, layouts, and offers, ensuring a mobile-first optimization strategy.
- Lead Capture: Design high-converting HubSpot forms and progressive capture flows with smart routing logic.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports on email/SMS engagement, landing page conversion rates, and quiz performance, turning insights into actionable test plans.
What You Bring
- HubSpot Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation (Workflows, Forms, Lists, Email/SMS).
- CRM Integration: Proven experience using Salesforce CRM and managing complex integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- CRO Skills: Deep experience in HubSpot landing page creation and conversion rate optimization.
- Copywriting: Comfortable writing compelling, action-oriented messaging that converts (clear, friendly, and persuasive).
- Execution Mindset: A strong habit of shipping tests and documenting learnings; you prefer doing to just strategizing.
- Availability: Must be available for at least 3 hours during Pacific Standard Time business hours (Monday–Friday) for team syncs, with a total commitment of 30–40 hours per week.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience in the health, wellness, or medical weight loss industry.
- You have advanced experience with embedded interactive tools that feed into HubSpot.
- You have a portfolio of HubSpot funnels and automation maps you've previously built.
Salary Range: Up to $7.50/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

- Step 5 15-min Prep Call: Your Recruiter will coach you and share insider tips for the final round.
- Step 6 Client Interview: You'll meet the client team to discuss how you'll help them scale their patient acquisition.
