Location: Remote

Engagement Type: Full-Time Contract-Based Role

Compensation Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 / month ($605 - $775 commensurate with Experience)

Curogram is hiring a Digital Marketing Outreach Specialist to grow our brand authority, organic visibility, and partner network through strategic outreach and relationship building.

You will be the external voice of Curogram, building meaningful connections that lead to high-quality backlinks, guest placements, co-marketing opportunities, brand mentions, and broader industry visibility. This is not a generic outreach role focused on volume alone. We are looking for someone who can research strategically, write persuasively, evaluate opportunities critically, and build partnerships that strengthen both SEO performance and brand credibility.

This role combines outreach executionlink buildingdigital PRcontent collaboration, and opportunity research. You will manage both outbound outreach and inbound partnership requests, while also identifying broader ways to get Curogram featured in the right publications, communities, directories, and industry conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach and Link Building

  • Execute end-to-end cold outreach campaigns through email and social channels to secure high-quality backlinks, guest post placements, and partnership opportunities from authoritative and relevant websites.
  • Write, personalize, and optimize outreach sequences to improve open rates, reply rates, and placement conversion rates.
  • Manage the outreach pipeline from prospect research to initial contact, follow-up, negotiation, and final placement.
  • Review inbound backlink, guest post, and partnership requests, then evaluate each opportunity against SEO quality standards, brand fit, and strategic value.

Brand Visibility and Digital PR

  • Proactively research and pursue opportunities that increase Curogram's visibility, including award submissions, list placements, directories, expert roundups, media mentions, podcast opportunities, and industry features.
  • Monitor competitors, search results, and industry conversations to identify emerging opportunities for brand placement and backlink acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of publishers, websites, associations, communities, and media contacts relevant to SaaS and healthcare.

Content and Partnership Support

  • Write or coordinate high-quality guest posts, contributed articles, and partnership content tailored to each publication's audience and editorial standards.
  • Develop content briefs and draft articles that naturally incorporate target keywords, backlinks, and value for the host site's readers.
  • Adapt writing style across formats, topics, and audiences while maintaining quality and relevance.

Research and SEO Collaboration

  • Research and qualify outreach targets using SEO and quality indicators such as Domain Rating, Domain Authority, organic traffic, topical relevance, link quality, and Spam Score.
  • Conduct backlink research and competitor gap analysis to uncover new outreach and placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align outreach targets, anchor text strategy, content topics, and link acquisition efforts with broader search goals.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-quality backlinks and placements are consistently secured from relevant, credible websites.
  • Outreach campaigns are personalized, well-managed, and conversion-focused.
  • Brand visibility grows through strong placements, mentions, and partnerships.
  • Inbound opportunities are evaluated thoughtfully and aligned with SEO and brand standards.
  • Outreach efforts contribute meaningfully to organic growth, authority, and search performance.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with direct experience in link buildingoutreachdigital PRpartnership marketing, or sales development
  • Demonstrated experience running cold outreach campaigns through email and social channels
  • Strong experience using outreach, CRM, or email automation tools such as HubSpotSmartleadBrevo, or similar platforms
  • Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, natural, personalized outreach messages and professional partnership communication
  • Strong spoken English for relationship management, coordination, and external communication
  • Working knowledge of core SEO and link evaluation metrics, including:

  • Ability to research and qualify websites, publishers, and outreach opportunities based on SEO quality and brand fit

  • Ability to write or support the creation of guest post content, outreach briefs, and partnership materials
  • Self-managed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote or async environment

  • Experience securing backlinks through guest postingco-marketingdigital PR, or brand partnership strategies
  • Experience handling inbound link requests and evaluating partnership opportunities against SEO standards
  • Experience managing freelance writers, guest content contributors, or content exchange partnerships
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and HubSpot for formatting, uploading, or publishing content
  • Familiarity with competitor backlink research and backlink gap analysis tools
  • Experience contributing to broader organic growth or SEO strategy beyond direct outreach execution
