We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and employee relations while ensuring smooth office workflow and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing HR documents, orientations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Asist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and employee attendance tracking.
- Help organize HR programs, events, and training sessions.
Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare official correspondence and reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Other Duties
- Support various ad hoc projects as assigned by HR or management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, or social media posts if needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR or Administrative Assistant is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
