WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
Benefits Operations Support:
- Help manage daily benefits administration operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits such as health insurance, leave benefits, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery within agreed timelines.
- Ensure benefits transactions and employee records are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and support the benefits administration team to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on benefits processes, systems, and issue resolution.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to support development and operational excellence.
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensure benefits administration processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Monitor service quality and accuracy of benefits transactions and employee records.
- Work with management to maintain risk management and compliance standards for benefits programs.
Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze reports related to benefits utilization, enrollment, and operational performance.
- Track key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide insights on benefits operations challenges, trends, and opportunities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, employees, and external benefits providers to ensure smooth benefits administration.
- Resolve complex benefits-related concerns and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to align priorities and service delivery.
Project Support:
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of benefits programs, systems, and operational initiatives.
- Support benefits-related projects and improvements within HR Operations.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables with the HR Operations Manager.
WHO ARE YOU
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a similar role, preferably within a shared services or multi-functional environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, HR operations, and stakeholder management.
- Possesses excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Experience working with HR systems and supporting HR transformation initiatives is an advantage.
Amenable to Deployment:
- Must be willing to work within the JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Shared Services Arm, Go Global Business Services, Inc..
